Dom Pérignon 2003 Rose by The Selby
For this Dom Perignon project, I was asked to document the Creative Combustion event in Champagne and Paris. Dom Perignon asked nine of the world’s most innovative chef masterminds to contribute to the creation of a menu that would be paired with Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2003. The event was led by Dom Pérignon's Chef de Cave Richard Geoffroy, guided by master of ceremonies Andreas Larsson, Best Sommelier in the World in 2007 and accompanied by Thierry Wasser, perfumer for the house Guerlain.
