Morocco X EDUN Part 2: Tangiers

December 2014

Tangiers was probably my favorite place that we went on the trip. I love the unique mix of Moroccan, Spanish, French, Italian and English influences and people. Plus I had one of the best meals of my life at Restaurant Populaire Saveur de Poisson. It was so simple, grilled fish and fresh bread, but something about it was just so unique. I peeped in the kitchen but I have no clue how they worked their magic. I need to go back with a real chef and figure some of this out.
